I am committed to supporting you through one of the most transformative moments in your life.
I believe that every family’s journey is unique, and I am dedicated to honoring your individual goals and preferences. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, I help you make informed decisions and encourage open communication with your care team.
I provide a steady presence to help you navigate the emotional and physical aspects of childbirth and postpartum recovery. My goal is to ensure that you feel empowered, informed, and supported every step of the way. I am trained in various comfort measures, including breathing techniques, positioning, and relaxation methods, to enhance your experience and help you achieve the birth you desire.
In addition to my birth support, I offer postpartum care designed to ease your transition into parenthood. Whether you need help with infant care, breastfeeding support, or simply someone to talk to, I am here to listen and support you in a non-judgmental space. My expertise extends to providing practical assistance and emotional support, allowing you to focus on bonding with your new baby.
Unlimited support through email, text and phone is included with all packages.
My birth support package is designed to ensure you receive the personalized care and support you deserve.
This package includes 2 prenatal sessions. We will chat about birth plans, comfort techniques, and address any concerns you may have.
During your labor, I will be present to offer physical and emotional support. This may include assisting with breathing techniques, providing comfort measures such as massage or positioning, and ensuring that your wishes are respected throughout the birthing process.
After your birth, I offer 2 support check-ins to help you transition into parenthood.
This is the complete package to guide you through pregnancy, birth, and parenthood.
It includes everything from the comprehensive Birth Support package – two prenatal sessions to discuss your birth plan and address any concerns and continuous hands-on labor support – but this upgraded package also comes with 6 follow-up visits after your little one arrives, giving you the extra support you need to confidently transition into life as a new parent.
With this package, you get all the prenatal and labor care and support you need, with a little bit of extra help after birth!
The postpartum period can be a challenging transition, but I’m here to provide personalized support during this exciting new chapter!
I can tackle household tasks, prepare nourishing meals, and lend a hand with infant care.
I’ll provide a listening ear, plenty of reassurance, and all the encouragement you need as you get used to your new role as a parents.
And of course, I’ll share evidence-based guidance on newborn care, breastfeeding, maternal health, and more so you’ll have the knowledge you need to make the best decisions for your family.
Everyone deserves a doula. Finances should not an obstacle to receiving the support you need for your pregnancy and birth. Please contact me to check my availability for pro bono or discounted birth doula support.
We could not have gone through this process as easily without Hannah. She’s nothing short of a Doula goddess and friend. 🩷
Hannah was a wonderful doula to have during our birth experience! I had to be induced at 38 weeks and despite the change in our birth plan, she navigated it flawlessly. She advocated for me when I needed it (even when I didn’t want to be fussed over and wasn’t advocating for myself), and was very knowledgeable about how to guide me through the birthing process, including a variety of pain management techniques. Proud to say we had a healthy 8lb baby at the end of it. I would happily have Hannah in my corner again.
